The pilot is designed for 25–100 sites, where fleet-scale evidence flow is actually worth proving. Below that, start with the sample evidence pack and the Eval band, or talk to us — and if you have fewer than 5 sites, we'll honestly tell you Verity Edge probably isn't the right fit yet.
Who needs to be involved on our side?
Day 0: CIO or IT Ops lead plus your DPO sign off on scope and success criteria. During the pilot: one technical contact for the 3-site install. Day 7: the same stakeholders for the debrief.
